At Alyah Jewels, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. All jewelry purchases come with our limited warranty protection.

Six-Month Manufacturing Warranty

All Alyah Jewels jewelry is covered by a six-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

This warranty includes:

  •  Defects in materials or workmanship 
  •  Loose or missing stones due to manufacturing issues
  •  Clasp or closure malfunctions
  •  Plating or finish defects related to craftsmanship

Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
If a repair or replacement is not possible, Alyah Jewels may offer a refund to the original form of payment.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Natural fading or thinning of gold vermeil plating over time
  • Scratches, dents, bent prongs, or chain breakage
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, cleaning agents, or chemicals
  • Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties
  • Lost or stolen items

Gold vermeil plating naturally fades with regular wear and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry qualifies for warranty coverage:

  1. Email info@alyahjewels.com with your order number or proof of purchase
  2. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days
  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us.
We cover return shipping once the repair, replacement, or approved refund is completed.

Proof of Purchase Required

All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from Alyah Jewels. Please retain your order confirmation or receipt.

Beyond the Warranty

Even after your warranty period has ended, we are happy to provide guidance on proper care and maintenance to help preserve your jewelry.
